- We do NOT accept any exchanges after the product is shipped or in the consumer's custody.

- We do NOT accept exchanges on wig orders once the unit has begun processing for creation.

If any product complications arise while in customers' custody we will try our best to fix or alter the state of the complication but will NOT be subjected to exchange, return, or refund.
